When you arrive out of Hackney wick station
- turn right out of the exit walk to the nearby crossroads (there is a pub on the corner).
- Turn right walking under the bridge.
- Turn right again (youll see a sainsburys on the corner).
- Continue on this road enjoying the graffiti.
- Turn right at the end if the road (just before the bridge) into what looks like a big car park with huge murals.
- grow studios is at the end on the right.

PLEASE NOTE
Access to Grow studios is through a car park area. This means that the ground can be uneven in places. Please walk carefully.
The Studios are on the right side of at the end of the car park (opposite Grow Bar and to the right of the large sculptures of the Tortoise and Lungs made of flowers.
The treatment room is on the 1st floor up two flights of stairs (currently we are unable to offer lift access)
Sound Management
The studio is located right next to Hackney Wick Station in a artists’ community. As a result it’s possible to hear the trains go buy from time to time as well as other users of the studios going about their business.
It’s all part of the great Hackney wick atmosphere but, if patients are distracted by the noise, I offer noise cancelling headphones to aid relaxation during the treatment.
